ChemIntegration Consulting was established in 2025 to address a growing gap in the semiconductor industry and its support industries.  This gap has been generated by the retirement and exit of numerous experts, representing many years of experience in the field.  Our mission is to bridge this gap by providing innovative solutions and insights to ensure the continued growth and success of the industry.​

Dr. Brian Vaartstra has a unique skillset, with expertise from R&D and manufacturing positions, highlighted by:

• Ph.D. degree in Chemistry with 30 years of experience in semiconductor and image sensor engineering.

• Expert in semiconductor process integration, material science, thin film coating technologies, photolithography and surface engineering.

• Expert in chemical synthesis, including air-sensitive handling methods.

• Early adopter and developer of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD).
